Aktiv enters Brasilian Market - Takeover of SANYUU insurance brokers – 50% investement
Munich, Fabruary 2010: The Aktiv group (Munich) and its Latin American partner Promove Corretora Seguros Ltda., have taken over the Brazilian insurance broker SANYUU. Both companies are holding a share of 50%.
