Aktiv Finance Gesellschaft für Finanzplanung mbH combines the Group’s competences in the two areas of company pension schemes and private financial planning.
German legislation has clearly stipulated through the pension law that much more importance is to be attached to company pension schemes in the social security of employees in future.
Aktiv Finance GmbH has over 30 years of experience in the conception, introduction and management of company pension schemes. This includes both company pension systems for employees in all implementation methods and advice for managers and directors or members of the board.
When it comes to setting up company pension systems, we support the whole implementation process, from drawing up the specifications, developing the concept, in-house coordination between the areas involved (controlling and human resources) right through to presenting the system to the employees and offering advice.
Managing directors/board members have much greater pension shortfalls than “normal employees” on the one hand, but
do not make enough time resources available for resolving these matters on the other.
What is needed is a long term financial planning process which shall help achieve the financial aims of this category of people.
