Multimodal-Cover-Policy
This concept was developed especially for customers working as „contractual carriers“ to cover risks, which may arise during international multimodal transports.
Under this cover it is not significant, whether our customers act as agents according to the Montreal Convention only or whether their liability is based on issued documents (e.g. B/L).
Additionally, insurance protection is granted for claims exceeding the usual claim scenario, e.g. by misdirection or other financial loss mentioned in the policy (so-called errors & omissions).
