Take-over of the Brazilian insurance broker SANYUU in Sao Paulo together with the cooperations partner Promove Seguros.

Foundation of the Versorgungswerk Spedition und Logistik (association for social insurance programs in the forwarding and logistics industry) in co-operation with the Verband Spedition und Logistik in Nordrhein e. V. (association of forwarding and logistics enterprises).

Development of our new Forwarder's Liability Policy SGP'98 in connection with the TVS (marine cargo insurance policy) based on the reform of the German transport law, applicable as of 01.07.1998.
