The Insurance Broker - a reliable partner by your side

An insurance broker is an intermediary between the customer and the insurance company.

The main work of the insurance broker is to provide insurance coverage for the customer provided that the customer has appointed the insurance broker to do so by written agreement.
Beside the servicing of the customer's insurance contract, the insurance broker also takes care of the evaluation of the present insurance need and its modification if necessary. Here, the customer benefits from the insurance broker's independence (unlike insurance agents).

And since you can always expect more from us, our service also comprises

  • individual insurance programs for the transport and logistics industry
  • specific concepts for larger motor fleets
  • risk management (risk analysis)
  • claims management (e.g. via specific software ClaimCity)
  • in-house trainings and workshops on present legislation, loss prevention etc.

Our customers can rely on one professional contact at Aktiv when it comes to insurance related questions. In case of loss we take care of your matter with the insurance company and the other party involved.

Commercial brokerage activities are subject to permission and registration according to article 34d paragraph I of the German Trade Regulations (Gewerbeordnung). In 2007, Aktiv Assekuranz has registered with the Register of Insurance Brokers (Vermittlerregister) as an insurance broker licensed pursuant to article 34d paragraph I German Trade Regulation (Gewerbeordnung).
Registration number: D-TBFU-I3Y6S-85. The registration may be accessed at www.vermittlerregister.info.
