We offer advice as an insurance broker. The remuneration - called brokerage - for our advice, intermediary and support work is commonly covered by the insurance company. The brokerage is a component of the insurance premium. Deviating provisions must be explicitly agreed between us and the client. In particular when acting as an intermediary for net products, a separate remuneration agreement is usually entered into that commits the client to pay the remuneration. Net products are products in which the intermediary remuneration is not part of the insurance premium. Our undertaking receives no remuneration in the form of any other payments.

Our undertaking/the insurance broker holds no direct or indirect participations of more than 10% in the voting rights or capital of an insurance company. An insurance company or parent of an insurance company holds no direct or indirect participations of more than 10% in the voting rights or capital of the insurance broker/our undertaking.
